Duchamp's Punch

Ingredients

• 5 cl Pisco
• 2.5 cl Lime Juice
• 2.5 cl Pineapple Syrup
• 1.5 cl St. Germain
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
• Pinch Pepper
• 2 sprigs Lavender

Method

1. Shake all ingredients.
2. Double strain in a chilled double old fashioned glass with abig ice cube.
3. Garnish with a couple of lavender sprigs
