Dark Caipirinha

Ingredients

• 2 tsp demerara Sugar
• 1 Lime
• 2 1/2 oz Cachaca

Method

1. Muddle the sugar into the lime wedges in an old-fashioned glass.
2. Fill the glass with ice cubes.
3. Pour the cachaca into the glass.
4. Stir well.
