Ingredients
- 2 oz Pisco
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- 1-2 tblsp Sugar
- 1 Ice
- - Egg White
Method
- Vigorously shake and strain contents in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, then pour into glass and garnish with bitters.
