John Collins

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1 oz Lemon juice
• 1 tsp superfine Sugar
• 3 oz Club soda
• 1 Maraschino cherry
• 1 Orange

Method

1. Pour all ingredients directly into highball glass filled with ice. Stir gently. Garnish. Add a dash of Angostura bitters.
